About The Role:

  • Achieving our goal to grow our customer connections and hitting sales targets
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote new customers data base
  • Active calls for potencial business clients and partners
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:

  • 2+ years experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong closing/negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
  • Analyzing sales data
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of construction and/or housing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • An excellent phone communicator with strong active listening skills
  • Able to use social media to build our business profile and drive awareness
  • Knowledge in the active sales of construction servise (advantage but not necessity)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Self-starter and problem solver. Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to set and achieve goals. Able to maintain a fast-paced schedule within an extremely busy environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
